– 1 inch piece ginger
– handful of parsley
– 1 large lemon
– 5 stalks of kale
– 1 cup spinach
– 1/2 cucumber
– 4 stalks celery
Optional: 1 green apple or 1/2 cup pineapple for sweeter taste.
